Compassionate, practical coaching from me, Julie Bodman, a certified ADHD coach. I’ll help you build focus, routines and confidence — one small step at a time.
I’m a compassionate, down-to-earth ADHD coach with two formal certificates in ADHD Coaching. I was diagnosed with ADHD myself in 2025, so I understand the daily realities first-hand — and I channel this insight into coaching that is warm, structured and genuinely practical.
Coaching with me is not about “fixing” anyone — it’s about understanding how your brain works, playing to your strengths and building realistic systems that fit your life.
A different way the brain manages attention, energy and impulse — not a lack of ability.
Coaching is a non-clinical, skills-based support. It complements (but doesn’t replace) medical or educational advice.
Practical tools + supportive accountability = steady progress.
Build realistic routines that match energy levels and school/work demands.
Reduce overwhelm with step-by-step plans and body-double strategies.
Shift from “I can’t” to “I’m learning how” with strengths-based coaching.

Most sessions are 45–60 minutes. Younger children often do best with shorter, more frequent check-ins.
Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. If needed, I can work alongside your clinician or school.
